In doing so we hope to be improving the quality of life for all of our community
The Parish Council also accepts the challenge that annual reductions in Grants from Central Government have made.

Firsdown Parish Council Meetings are normally held at Winterslow Village Hall. Check details (See Notes below)
Members of the public are welcome to attend but please be advised that we are following government guidelines with regards to social distancing, this means that:
Councillor tables and chairs to be 2m apart
Members of the public chairs to be 2m apart
Doors and windows to be open (fun in the winter!)
All surfaces that we touch – door handles, window handles, tables, chairs etc to be sanitised before and after use.
Face coverings to be worn, unless you have a pre-condition eg asthma which means you are exempt.
Hands to be sanitized on entering and leaving the building

Previously mentioned Dec 2017 the Parish Council is planning to replace the roundabout with an improved version, also suitable for use by those with disabilities, The basketball hoop is planned to be removed and replaced with a new rope climbing frame/clamber net.
